2. Black Pirate, The

Douglas Fairbanks portrays the son of a man murdered by pirates who vows revenge for their actions. Joining up with the very band of pirates that was responsible for his father's death, our hero soon ingrains himself with the rogues by proving himself valuable to the crew when he captures a merchant single-handedly. Set during Prohibition, a young man wishes to prove himself worthy to his girlfriend's father, a ruthless businessman. After working for the businessman's bank, the young man is frustrated with the heartless business practices of the firm and quits. Deciding to get back at the businessman and still prove his worth, the young man and his friend hijack rumrunner's ships bound for America and sell the liquor to the businessman. What the young pirates don't know is the businessman owns the rumrunner's operation and they are forcing him to pay for the liquor twice.  Runtime 1:15

6. Hell Ship Mutiny

A South Seas tropical paradise is disturbed by the ruthless actions of some smugglers, who force the natives to dive for pearls. A sea captain arrives in port and learns of the plight of the locals from a beautiful island princess. 7. Jamaica Inn

Adapted from a Daphne Du Maurier story, the film takes place at a small inn on the coast of Cornwall. An unlucky sea captain finds himself shipwrecked, then rescued and taken aboard another captain's ship. Grateful for his rescue, the man meets and falls in love with the daughter of his rescuer. 9. Law of the Sea

A sea captain and his wife find themselves adrift when they are rescued by a cruel rival captain. The rival blinds the sea captain and sets him adrift again, keeping for himself the wife, who commits suicide rather than be taken from her husband. The blinded captain swears revenge upon his rival and gets his opportunity years later, when the rival sets his sights upon the fianc?e of the blinded captain's son.  Runtime 1:04

10. Legend of Sea Wolf, The

This adaptation of the Jack London novel stars Chuck Connors as Wolf Larsen, the harsh and cruel captain of the Ghost. Events are set in motion when Wolf-Larsen picks up a shipwreck survivor and soon begins treating him as poorly as he does his own crew. Due to his harsh actions and his treatment of this new man, the crew revolts against their captain.  Runtime 1:30

11. Long John Silver's Return to Treasure Island

Robert Louis Stevenson's favorite pirate, Long John Silver, has his hands full in this adventure which takes place after the original trip to Treasure Island. Silver learns of a plan by his rival, Mendoza, to sail to Treasure Island in search for of its hidden wealth. Accompanied by his young friend Jim Hawkins, Silver and his crew head off to stop Mendoza and rescue the governor's daughter from the clutches of the pirate.  Runtime 1:44

12. Mutiny

At the start of the War of 1812, an American sea captain is charged with running his ship, The Concord, through the British naval blockade and sailing to France for gold bullion as a war loan. Taking along a former British captain as first-mate, our captain is unaware that he and some of his recruits for the crew are planning on mutinying and taking the gold for themselves. Once the gold is stored aboard the Concord and it sets sail for America, the mutineers strike and assume control. Our captain must now retake the ship and defend it from the British Navy.  1:17

13. Mutiny on the Elsinore, The

A novelist who is traveling on a passenger ship is caught up in the middle of a mutiny when the crew revolts against the captain and his officers. With the captain and first mate killed in the mutiny, the novelist is forced to act to protect the captain's lovely daughter. Our reluctant hero must try to convince the mutinous crew to lay down their arms for the sake of the passengers and help bring the ship safely to harbor.  Runtime - 1:19

14. Sea Devils

A wrongly convicted man escapes from prison and while in disguise hides out at the waterfront. While there, he meets a ship captain's lovely daughter and overhears some sailors talking about taking the captain's treasure. Sneaking aboard the ship, our hero soon must reveal his presence in order to protect the captain's daughter from the unwanted advances of the first mate and to help stop the mutiny.  Runtime - 58 minutes

15. Windjammer

A man must serve a subpoena on "The Commodore" for a Senate inquiry, so he boards the man's yacht just prior to a race. While at sea, the yacht is shipwrecked through the actions of some gunrunners and all the passengers are taken aboard the gunrunner's ship as prisoners. Our hero is now forced to rescue the man he was ordered to serve papers upon, as well as the man's lovely daughter who he has fallen in love with.  Runtime - 1.00 hour
